Vintage handmade 1930s wine red satin velvet flowers art deco dress
Dress closes with press studs. Material feels like a rayon satin, but I can not say definitively. The flowers appear to be made from a crushed velvet. Dress has a little bit of stretch. Colour is a berry/wine red.
