Prettily coloured Perthshire Paperweights Collectors Club weight which was made between 1998 and 2001. It is a small weight with a large "PPCC" centre cane surrounded by a ring of blue and white canes and eight pale green and orange radial twists which are separated by pink and white daisy canes at the outer edge, all on a deep teal opaque ground.
