Sony EV-C40 listed for parts as it does not always play back tapes. It used to playback tapes, but there is now apparent playback issues including snowy playback. Unsure if this is due to dirty or possibly even failing heads. Will need repair to function as it should. Comes with power cord. TV and AV cords not included, just used to demonstrate playback
