Beautiful pair of small pill boxes - One rectangular measuring 4.2 x 3.2 x 1.5cm, and one round measuring 4.2cm diameter and 2cm high. Measurements are approximate. Both have hinged lids and are metal with an onyx slab top. The metal is a soft gold, and pill boxes like this are usually brass but I can't confirm. The round one is more golden and has intricate scrollwork around the edge and base. The rectangular one has a dimpled base. Both have their original plastic liners. The rectangular has a split container which shows some markings but is complete. The round one shows some minorbdamage around the top edge and the wording 'per alimenti' on the base. Both are in very good condition with expected age related wear, but please check photos.
