This is for 2 complete sets of Lego Architecture 21028 - New York City. There are 2 complete sets, bagged separately. Inside each bag, pieces are bagged by colour. I checked each set against the inventory and all parts are there. However only 1 instruction booklet and only 1 orange Lego separator tool. Great sets to build. All parts and manual in good clean condition. Free postage and packing.
