1992 Playmates TMNT Ninja Turtles Movie Star Raphael Action Figure. The figure itself is in good shape and displays nicely. The rear part of the red bandana is present along with the original correct belt. I've also included a set of blue sai weapons from the 1993 Movie 3 Raphael action figure.
