Sold as seen. This has only been tested while the mains cable is plugged in and only to turn it on so I cannot say if it works. It does beep with the message flashing on the blue screen but I don't know what this means, how to set it up and I don't have a tape to test record. I would assume the batteries no longer work due to age and it was stored in a garage. The strap is disintegrating. It's very grubby and scratched. It will need a very good clean.
