This Controller does work, however has serious LB issues and has some wear and tear and loose parts moving inside the controller. I personally had trouble playing so decided to get a new controller. However, may just need a quick repair by someone experienced as I attempted to repair and made worse and therefore cracked some of the face plate. This controller does not come with the charger and case or any of the attachments what so ever.
