This is a brand new, sealed in the box, Star Wars Clone Wars Army of the Republic Command Gunship by Hasbro. It was originally purchased in or around 2003 from Forbidden Planet (the sales sticker priced at £24.99 is still on the front). There is some damage to the front of the box where the cardboard has been pierced around the pilot's head as shown in the pictures. The packaging is otherwise in pretty good condition given it's been stored in our garage since purchase.
