TWO retaining clip to keep the resistance bands from moving off ends during use, especially the lighter, more flexible ones. Soloflex OEM. Slightly <3/4" ID prior to assembly; fits 3/4" shaft when assembled. Slightly different versions, with different pinch-end loop sizes, but clamp diameter is same.
