Rugged and useful in off grid areas. Great for ‘his and hers’ emergency navigation (obviously ‘hers’ would be the colour one!) Both have been in a drawer for a while as we no longer need them. 1. Garmin eTrex Summit (top device) • Classic monochrome model, designed for hiking and outdoor navigation. • Features: Basic GPS navigation, barometric altimeter, electronic compass. 2. Garmin eTrex Vista C (colour, bottom device) • Later model, part of the eTrex Color series. • Features: Color screen, more detailed mapping, USB interface, expanded memory. Briefly tested and both worked. If you don’t need both, sell one on - they each have a value as you can see from historic won items.
