This PDR tool is designed to help protect against tool marks and damage when repairing dents in vehicles. The blue bridge sits on top of suitable lips of access holes, the white plastic screws can be tightened to keep the bridge in place. Once secured it gives an excellent fulcrum to lever your rods against helping you to avoid damage to the opening.
