I'm not sure this is working - one side has a bit of wick in it but the winder seems stuck, the other side has no wick but the winder seems to have a slight bit of movement. It's not magnetic so possibly brass? Height including chimney approx 47cm, height without chimney approx 26cm, base diameter approx 13cm. This is damaged, scratched, corroded, bent etc. The chimney is approx 24.5cm tall, is very grubby/marked and has scratches. Sounds like it has a lot of dirt inside, but the top is stuck in so I can't open it. Will need a very good clean/polish. Please see pictures carefully for condition and examples of damage.
