This was purchased by us and has hardly been used. The screen scratches (only 2 noticeable) only seem to be visible when the screen is off, they do not spoil the pictures. We have only used it with a USB just to test it, both after purchase and today. A remote control is included which lacks a battery CR2025 and I do not have one to test the remote, but it worked fine when we bought the picture frame. Displays good size pictures in a bright display in slideshow mode, an attractive centrepiece. Instruction book (in perfect condition), mains lead, USB cable and stand all included.
