XGA is an RCA/S-Video to VGA Adapter, Retro Gaming Display adapter. Includes inputs for S-Video and composite RCA, plus a switch to toggle between PC and video display. It is noticeable, but not dramaticly off putting at all and actually provides a fairly sharp image through an OSSC (going console composite to XGA, then VGA to OSSC to HDMI out).
