Supplied with multiple bottles pof cleaning solution. New (Other). Minor signs of wear on the body and handle. It has been PAT tested as electrically safe and the vacuum part works fully. We have not tested the internal heater as we didn't want to fill it with water but as it is has never been used we have no reason to believe that will not work fully as well.
