oculus rift cv1 fully working and in original box. ensure you have 3 fully powered USB 3 ports to get full use. Most motherboards only have one USB 3.0 controller chip, and all the blue USB ports run through it. The Oculus Rift is demanding enough that it maxes out that single chip, causing any additional ports to drop down to USB 2.0 speeds this causes the headset to flicker in use. It's not a fault with the headset, it's just a limitation of how the motherboard is built. The only reliable fix is a PCIe USB 3.0 expansion card, which has its own dedicated chip and bypasses the problem entirely.
