SW1 is the switch for selecting the flashing or on mode of the lamp. The CAP briefly connects the two pins; the lamp is in flashing mode. Remove the CAP from two pins, the lamp is in on mode. After the lamp is turned on, the LED will start flashing at 1Hz (default setting).
