Charger/ starter/ booster . Normal charge is 6-10 amps, fast charge 20 amps with the 180 amp boost for starting. Seems to work for the two charging levels, but I haven't been able to test for starting, but I assume that it would also work. A few marks on the case from being in a garage for the last 20 years or whatever.
