The kiln has not been used since the PAT though I have just fired it up prior to sale and all is as it should be. Cromartie guidelines state that the 40 model has a max temp of 1250c to 1300c. I have not used the kiln for a number of years and have kept it in my studio as a back up should my flatbed kiln fail.
