Framed RNVR Sailing Club Ensign Flag Pennant, Yacht Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve
It has wear from use as pictured. I haven't researched any of the signatures. R.N.V.R. Sailing Club 1968-71. The glaze is made of plastic / perspex and has surface scratches. See pictures.
