We have owned this since new. Cleaned regularly and had a filter in water tank since new. May have some left that happy to throw in. Bean (sorry) a great machine. Moved onto a new one so selling this. all works fine. only thing is the red light indicating a clean is needed sometimes pops on despite being regularly cleaned. May be an easy fix I don't know. Comes with full instructions manuals/leaflets.
