The product is well insulated for all year round living in Sweden, and comes with a Morso squirrel 4,8 KW stove and insulated chimney. The wagon can be hooked up to the grid and has approximately 8 (EU style) sockets. The wagon has been decorated with an Oak panel ceiling (at great expense), and been built to a very high spec (as is the norm in Sweden). The chassis has been sand blasted and resprayed. The wagon also comes with a parquet floor of oak (bought second hand). The wagon would make an ideal clamping unit for couples retreats, or a fantastic tiny home for 1 person. There has been a significant amount of money poured into the project over the years. Selling reluctantly due to a separation.
