Vintage leather decanter Italian. Please see pictures as the leather has worn off. Green glass underneath. The ball top will not stay on. You can stick it on and it will stay on for a few hours and it will fall off. We think it may be a genie in the bottle. This came out of a house in Connecticut. Thank you for looking.
