Odd cover. A Scott #E12 10¢ Special Delivery Stamp with a Scott #554c 2¢ stamp out of a booklet. This stamp has two straight edges and two perforated edges. Postmarked and duplex canceled several times with none fully readable. Must have been running out of ink in New York in 1926... Backstamped Glenview, Ky. April 5, 1926. Any questions please ask.
