The 19 row is a good all round cooler, it’s a convenient size that fits most vehicles fairly easily. Over-cooled oil will be thicker which causes components to wear faster among other issues. On the plate that the filter mounts to are 2 x 1/8 NPT ports which can be used for turbo oil feeds or gauge sensors if required.
