Manufactured by ATTAKUS 1997. It was designed & sculpted by BOMBYX. SILVER SURFER "ARTIST PROOF". The Original Box is in good shape but shows minor wear from storage. There is no Certificate of Authenticity because it is an Artist Proof labeled HC 4.
