The new controller was meant to be installed, but the spec was increased. It's still new in the box, has only been powered on once. It has the full manufacturer's warranty and comes from an authorised Control4 installer. Everything is included in the box, such as power cables, rack mounts, and IR blasters. I have a remote on my listing. If you need any programming, I provide this as an added service. An authorised Control4 installer must install this, as the software is only available to them.
