Unusual Antique Vintage English Country Dairy Straining / Dough Bowl / Pancheon
From researching I’m guessing this is a diary bowl, although I couldn’t find any with the 2 little knobs inside like this one has. But my guess would be they are for straining the milk or whatever it’s used for.
