Antique 1 3/4'' Blue Sheared Rim, RAT Paste Poison Bottle, Item # A - 2542
The rim is sheared which is common and done when the piece was being made. There is a textured look to the glass that can lightly be felt. There is also many hundreds of air bubbles in the glass adding to the look.
