as you can see in the photos the back side of the phone from the side is cracked but the hasn't had any effect to the back camera lenses. you can probably get it replaced but I've never tried, completely been factory reset, works absolutely fine. doesn't include charger plug or cable, only phone. I've added a pink/purple phone case with screen protector just to make up for the shortage.
