Purchased off eBay very recently, but was bought another turntable as a birthday gift which is an upgrade from this. Replaced needle when I got it so shouldn’t need a new one, great turntable for the price Pre amp can be battery powered or Dc 9v powered. Will just need RCA cables to connect into amp for passive speakers
