All of the 90s AVRI Fenders I've seen have been fantastic and I feel the build quality was really up to scratch during this period. A faithful reissue of a 1962 Stratocaster neck, with a period-correct nitro finish, 'slab' rosewood fingerboard and factory 'waterslide' decal, which has survived well with minimal wear.
