This is the ideal position to allow the wearer to sit or crouch whilst wearing body armour. You will also need to know your height. Sizes for armour are given as chest and height, eg, Small/Short would fit a wearer with a 34-36" chest and 5' - 5'5" tall, an Extra Large/Extra Tall would fit a wearer with a 46"- 48" chest who is over 6'5" tall.
