Old japanese bass machine head.This would be from a right handed 4 a side headstock or the E A side of a 2 a side headstock.Its a small tuner,i've seen these used on various short scale basses from the period.It has a 10mm post.I only have the tuner as shown in photos,(no screws or bushes).Tuner in good working order.Please see photos.
