Samsung Note 3 neo been wiped camera Bluetooth audio working need to install chrome to access YouTube and can't do that as the user will need to update the version of Play store on the phone as the stock Samsung browser is not supported 3 gig ram 16 gb storage the back is a bit sticky I think maybe a drink or something spilled on the back not sure how to clean and remove the sticky feeling
