Remove the rubber cover on the adjusting screw on the back of the disk before use; use a suitable screwdriver to rotate the adjusting screw, if you need a slower sliding speed then rotate the screw clockwise, after the rotation is completed you can try to push the disk to test the change in sliding speed until it is adjusted to the desired speed.
