The cover is in a very fine condition, it has a 1d Rose-red plate 74 and has, accordingly, wmk Large Crown, Perf 14 and face Die II. The stamp is cancelled by a Barred Numeral Cancellation 472 and is from Llangollen post office, Wales. The letter seems to be addressed to “Charles Richards Esq. Solicitor Llangollen”
