Here is a 1970s carved tiki god statue. This cool handmade totem figurine from Hawaii is 10 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches wide and deep. Carved from solid Milo wood. Engraved on the base is “Ku Ikepa…Made in Hawaii Milo Wood. Aloha August 17, 1975 Hawaiian Honeymoon.” “Ku Ikepa” means “pound and slash” and it’s the Hawaiian word for the art of sculpting. Great vintage condition. Some light surface wear, nicks and scratches.
