I have upgraded the RAM to 16GB DDR4 (2x8GB) dropped a 256GB NVMe SSD I have also replaced the BIOS battery, cleaned the PC internals and replaced the old thermal paste. It's funning a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro (Activated using embedded digital key). The PC also has Wireless and Bluetooth and comes with a 2.5" drive sled and a spare NVMe slot.
