Atlantic City, NJ, US----Ed. Silver(s), Isthmian Canal Comm., Ancon, CZ/1-C./'08

This nifty post card(w/some minor stains on either side, creases here and there, mostly around its corners, and minor scuffs on its face) was sent on August 28, 1908, from Atlantic City(a nice, machine cancel!), NJ, U.S., to Ancon(a pretty fine, receiving CDS: 9/7/08!), Canal Zone! The addressee, an Ed. Silver(s), had some kind of connection to the Isthmian Canal Commission! As for the green, 1-Cent, U.S. definitive, it's in very good condition! Noted imperfections aside, this post card remains a nifty piece of U.S. and Canal Zone postal history!
