The furniture set has been used for 2.5 years and is in excellent condition. The cot bed is a smaller size and requires a 120x60 mattress but can still be converted into a toddler bed. All other dimensions included in photos. Only flaw is a hole which was drilled into the side of the wardrobe to allow a cable to pass through - pictured. Set has been dismantled except all drawers.
