The Singer Sewing Machine, Smart II is a collectable item perfect for sewing enthusiasts. Not been used, however flywheel is seized. Bobbin turns and belt turns but top shaft doesn't. Apparently can be fixed by a taking it for a service where they clean it out and relubricate.
