The jumper settings are printed on the back of the PCB. All ports except the IDE part can be used in PC/XT 8-bit ISA machines considering that in order to get not only 360K/720K floppy drive functionality, but also 1.44M floppy support you should load 3-rd party TSR utilities like 2M in your autoexec/config files.
