This Lego Legends of Chima Frax Heavy Armor minifigure released in 2014 is in very good condition with no damage and all parts shown in the photos included (black base plate doesn’t come with it), however, this minifigure did originally come with a second wing which is now lost and does not come with the purchase. Its item number is loc113.
