Item has been plugged in and tested and is working . Comes on fan seems good ect . I think maybe a part missing . Check the photos and decide for yourself As far as I’m aware I’ve turned it on tested it and is working There is also a little bit of plastic broken off it and can hear it moving about when turn upside down However this doesn’t affect its use Still works .
