Here we have the most delightful puffy victorian heart charm with a turquoise set in a star setting. dated 1924. not a dink or scratch. absolutely stunning charm. please note where this is a puffy heart there is a teeny hole at the bottom to allow air to circulate so it doesnt puncture or dent. thats what they used to do back in the day. its meant to be there. you will notice on beans and other hollow puffy charms they have the same .thankyou.
