Do I need WiFi to operate my thermostat?. The thermostat will work perfectly without WiFi. It is not required for setup or programming. This should not interfere with any other wireless devices. Ask for 21 degrees at 7 a.m., no problem, the T6 works out how to get there, whatever the temperature is outside.
