The scale has been plugged in, verified as working, and a small load has been put on the hook to ensure readings are able to be taken. The item comes with all accessories shown in the photos. This item does not have a calibration certificate. Though the condition of the scale is very good, no guarantee is given to say it will pass a calibration. The support ring on the top of the scale seems to be stuck in the position shown in the last photo.
