Fully functional- I have many of these so pic 2 shows worst case back and picture 3 shows average case. The screens have a few scratches. Grade b/c condition. Some phones may have residue on the backs. The vibrations of all phones are working but some felt stronger than others. Also the phones on a flat surface wobble. Not sure if they are actually bent or not as on some cases they do some they don’t.
